What the care-graph means for families
dala has spent the past two years building infrastructure on the operational side of care. Our platform is used by care agencies to coordinate caregivers, manage visits, and maintain detailed care records for thousands of care recipients.
That infrastructure creates something valuable: a structured network of care relationships. We call it the care-graph. Until now, that graph has been visible only to agencies and clinicians. dala.family makes it accessible to the people it is ultimately built around.
The care-graph connects individuals to the agencies, care managers, and facilities that serve them. Our goal is to make those connections easier to form, easier to trust, and easier to act on.
Where we are starting
We are launching dala.family with our network of Geriatric Care Management agencies. These are care navigators, often nurses or social workers, who help families understand what level of care is needed and identify the right providers. They are frequently the first professional a family turns to, and one of the most underutilized resources in elder care.
Starting here is intentional. Geriatric care managers sit at the intersection of clinical knowledge and family coordination. Connecting families to them first means families get guidance, not just a list of options.
What we believe about this problem
Most care search experiences treat contact details as a product. Directories sell leads. Aggregators rank providers by who pays the most. Families receive referrals with no visibility into how they were generated.
We are not building that.

Providers already using dala's agency software will be listed automatically, with the option to expand or customize their profiles.
